Joshua Sason is a principal at Sason. He has over 15 years of experience as an entrepreneur and investor and oversees the strategic vision behind the company’s multiple business platforms, investment decisions, capital markets relationships and execution of its portfolio.

Throughout his career, he has completed over $2B of transactions across public, private and real estate markets. Prior to Sason, Josh was the Founder & CEO of the hedge fund Magna which he launched out of his bedroom at 22 years old and grew into one of the world’s leading boutique credit and special situations managers in its asset class, employing over 75 people at its peak.

Josh graduated Magna Cum Laude from Hofstra University and writes and speaks internationally about the correlation between success and spirituality.

Ari Sason is a principal at Sason. He has over 15 years of experience as an investor and oversees portfolio management and operations across the company’s businesses in addition to making investment decisions and focusing on lender relationships.

Throughout his career, Ari has led and completed hundreds of complex, structured transactions across public, private and real estate markets representing over $350M in transactional value. Prior to Sason, Ari was a managing director and partner at the hedge fund Magna, initially focused on its public credit strategy and later launched its real estate strategy.

Ari attended the University of Buffalo and enjoys playing padel and traveling with his family in his free time.
